Tupperware - Regional Account Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Includes, but not limited to :
- Administer & manage distributors' business, sales, and performance
- Plan, set KPIs (Sales, Recruits, Retention of active sales force, Promote - ups) and drive sales
- Measure DB performance and providing innovative & strategic inputs to improve it
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure a booming financial health of the DBs' business
- Design a training calendar for the distributors and sales force and accordingly ensure weekly achievement of sales targets
- Oversee that the DBs are abiding by the company processes and procedures
- Identify new potential areas for expansion and accelerating its development
- Conduct area mapping to identify new areas for expansion, potential vs penetration update
- Formulate strategies for new area development
- Identify the strengths of the area and constantly work towards capitalizing on them to bolster business growth
- Identify the weaknesses of the area and design and implement measures to overcome them
- Regularly monitor the business and analyse the data from MIS to understand trends & hence use them to formulate strategies
- Acting as a guide, mentor, trainer to the sales force as well as the distributers and new leaders in the region
- Identify potential consultants & managers, train & mentor them to make them eligible for promotion
- Attend meetings & field actions to analyse them and provide feedback on the same for improvement
- Extend exclusive trainings(instruct, demonstrate, observe and coach) to the distributers
- Conceptualize, design & customize training modules in response to the training need specific to area challenges
- Mentor & motivate the sales force to perpetuate their trust in the Business
Experience & Skills :
Qualification : Full time Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute
Proven Experience :
- MBA/Post Graduation with 3-8 years of experience
- Should have an experience in Retail sales, Channel development, Distribution Management.
- Ability to drive team sales/targets.
- Good in collaboration and team work
- Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill
- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team member.
- Ability to work in cross functional teams with tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of System : MS Office
- Experience in : Retail/Distributor/Channel management
