Join our dynamic team to spearhead growth across B2C and B2B verticals, closely aligning with our company's vision and mission. You'll lead in managing projects, cultivating strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. Additionally, you'll analyze market sentiments to drive business initiatives and contribute significantly to our strategic objectives.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met, no matter what obstacles come your way.
- Monitor project performance and celebrate the successful completion of both short-term wins and long-term victories.
- Determining and Overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting at every stage of product development, tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests like a pro.
- Keep an eye on the products/services we deliver to clients, sharing constructive feedback with the team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings, keeping key internal and external stakeholders in the loop.
- Embark on solo missions in new markets to create new revenue streams and crush monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and uncover potential clients/end users like a detective on a case.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client/customer/end-user information in the CRM, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Develop and implement killer sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyze sales data to make moves in new markets.
- Planning, strategizing, and making business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other documents as needed is a mandatory part of the role.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines with the finesse of a seasoned performer.
- Identify new business opportunities and partners, always keeping an eye out for the next big thing
