Tummoc helps track and find actionable & accurate intra-city travel information for the bus/metro/suburban rail. You can purchase passes directly on the app in Bangalore at the moment, and soon we'll be launching online ticketing in other cities as well. We also help you find the best first and last-mile rides to get you to and from public transit stations.

Responsibilities :

- We are actively seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our sales and partnerships. If you possess a fervent drive for business growth and are adept at fostering robust connections, this role presents an ideal opportunity for you.

- Spearhead the initiation of new projects across diverse Indian cities.

- Collaborate closely with Government and Private entities to forge strategic partnerships.

- Oversee the management of project bids across various Indian locales.

- Assume responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial pitching to successful -payment acquisition.

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify untapped customer segments and business prospects.

- Innovate and propose novel strategies to attract and retain customers.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of growth initiatives.

- Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of client relationships.

- Develop compelling business plans and presentations to support our growth objectives.

- Identify and establish partnerships with new collaborators.

Business Alliances :

- Form strategic alliances with prominent mobility services providers such as Bounce, Yulu, and others.

- Negotiate agreements with both governmental and private transit entities to promote our STU Suite.

- Represent our brand at prominent industry events to showcase our achievements and initiatives.

Requirements :

- A proactive individual who demonstrates a clear understanding of our company's objectives.

- Proficiency in identifying growth opportunities through meticulous research.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.

- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines.

- Strong communication abilities, adept at engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Prior experience in sales or marketing is highly desirable.
