Job Summary :

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our market presence within a defined geographic area. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that our objectives are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and drive growth.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

- Market Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for expansion and improvement.

- Sales Operations : Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of products/services.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Education : MBA (full-time) from a recognized institution.

- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in a similar industry.

Skills :

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Location : Based in Delhi with a willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
