- Managing a set of Channel Partners
- Ensure SOP adherence by all the assigned Partners for Customer Acquisition, retention an Store Operations.
- Training to improve staff productivity and Quality
- Execute various sales strategies & programs in collaboration with Channel Partners to achieve sales target
- Execute sales promotion activities to acquire new customers- like BTL Elements, Promotional Campaigns, Mall Activation Events
- Manage on ground fleet of Promoters of assigned territory
- Corporate Tie-ups to generate new revenue streams.
- Identify new ways of customer acquisition at the stores and roll out new offers for them.
