Job Summary :
About Us : Tulasi Healthcare is a group of mental health establishments and rehabilitation facilities for psychiatric disorders and substance abuse in Delhi and Gurugram. With over 200 beds across 3 centers, we are the biggest group of mental health establishments in Northern India. We have a team of 8 full - time psychiatrists and 30 psychologists who are supported by addiction counselors, health workers, social workers, and other medical and paramedical staff.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, having relevant experience and knowledge of Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Making presentations to mental health professionals like neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists.
- Meeting with the doctors and the team.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff;
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
- Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables;
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings;
- Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with mental health professionals during presentations;
- Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products;
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector;
- Work with program manager to ensure sufficient number of fellow to fill programs and set up shadowing opportunities for new volunteers.
- Support and participate in the Program execution.
- General office administration duties, including but not limited to: mailing/shipping, answering phone calls, emailing, and other office support
- Information gathering and data entry
- Other tasks as assigned
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors' degree in the relevant field with 1.5 years of experience in the same is PREFERRED.
- CRM / Core Sales experience is PREFERRED.

Persuasive and goal-oriented.
Living in Gurugram will be an added advantage.

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
