TT Group - Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - (3-6 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in the development of sales strategies, targets, and goals in alignment with overall company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and recommend adjustments to meet or exceed targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
- Engage in customer interactions, negotiations, and key account management as needed.
- Engage in Field visit.
- Contribute to team sales on a weekly basis.
2) Marketing Planning and Implementation:
- Contribute to the creation of comprehensive marketing plans that encompass digital, traditional, and innovative marketing channels.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and more.
3) Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to make informed recommendations for product and service improvements.
- Provide input into pricing strategies based on market dynamics and customer value perceptions.
4) Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Assist in supervising and mentoring the sales and marketing team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative environment by promoting cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, and other relevant departments.
- Encourage teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric approach within the team.
5) Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track sales and marketing performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Present performance updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven 4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and explore new opportunities.
