TSBI - Manager - Client Servicing/Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Our Client Servicing team focuses on creating great content for our brands and investing into measuring and monitoring social activities - determine what works, tweak and improve content, communications, etc.
We are looking for a Manager who will take charge of a team of Brand associate, Copywriters and Designers. The manager's major responsibility will include the brand is performing efficiently by ensuring research, competitive analysis, making and analysing reports, and ensuring optimal team performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Planning and executing all digital marketing services, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Measuring and preparing report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals. (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spends, performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Determining client's requirements, upselling ideas, work on pitches, and maintaining digital presence across all digital channels
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required :
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to be responsible for team performance
- Communicate efficiently with the client
- Extensive data about digital platforms and their services
- 3 to 6 years of prior work experience into the digital industry.
