Key Objective: Make Inside Sales (tele consultative sales) the most effective channel of sales. It currently contributes around 15% of revenue, take it up to 50%.

What you will do-

- Disrupt a traditional centre-led industry with Inside Sales

- Create a strong sales channel and own 50% of the total revenue of the company

- Build, manage and grow a team of energetic sales people & Increase overall conversion% for the company

- Set sales protocols and inculcate data driven approach

- Lead an entrepreneurial life and grow a brand from a very small size to a big brand

Your Qualifications:

- Managed an Inside Sales Team with a total revenue of minimum Rs 1 crore pm

- MBA (preferably from tier I institutes) and an engineer

You should be good at:

- Achieving sales targets

- Keeping team morale high and motivated

- Data crunching and analysis

- Verbal and written communication skills

- Figuring out an easy way to solve a complex problem

- Achieve maximum with minimum resources
