Truweight Wellness - Customer Relationship Manager (4-10 yrs)
Client Grievance redressal - Ensuring all open complaints are resolved within 48 hours including feedback calls
Referral & Renewal Revenue -
- Responsible for generating the revenue through referrals, renewals and online sales across the company
- Distribute the team target for referral revenue among the teammates
- Encourage the Nutritionists to generate referral and renewal revenue
Manage Refunds -
- Responsible to minimize refunds
- Ensure that the client's issues us resolved and convince him/her to continue the package in case of a refund request
- Ensure that the refunds are within the stipulated threshold defined by the management time to time
Client Relationship building -
- Responsible to build strong relationship with the clients by timely and quality interaction
- Ensure to conduct feedback calls
Client Engagement -
- Conduct client engagement events
- Send weight loss achiever's card to the eligible clients
- Ensure the timely welcome call to all the enrolled clients
Team Handling -
- Responsible to lead team of CRM executives
- Responsible to achieve team target
- Allocate the tasks, monitor and evaluate performance
- Conduct timely training for the team to improve team efficiency
