Truvic Online - Team Leader - Sales (1-6 yrs)
- Develop and implement training on CRM, leads generation, and conversion, as well as sales training.
- Conduct PowerPoint training presentations for new and present members.
- Improve the quality of the sales associates as a quality assurance agent monitoring and coaching the sales rep.
- Create presentations to be used by sales representatives when working with financial institutions, POS companies, and larger associations.
- Process contracts and sales through POS system while helping customers and using computer applications to complete transactions.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies to ensure company's ROI, and maximum market penetration and continuous sales opportunities.
- Guide in creation and development of most effective advertising layouts for the markets to maximize ROI simultaneously supporting dealers stock rotation.
- Create and present PowerPoint presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Develop strong relationships throughout the internet community both nationally and internationally.
- Recruit to lead strategic development and tactical implementation of marketing, communications and Internet solutions for commercial clients.
- Assume ownership and accountability for the timely and accurate identification and resolution of operational, benefit, data and communication issues.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to effectively provide customer support.
