Trustt - Executive - Presales (1-4 yrs)
Role Overview:
1. RFP & RFI Management
- Evaluation: Analyze incoming RFPs and RFIs to understand client requirements and assess alignment with Trustt's offerings.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams-such as product development, legal, finance, and technology-to gather necessary information for comprehensive responses.
- Response Development: Craft tailored proposals that effectively showcase Trustt's digital banking solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
2. Client Engagement & Solution Alignment
- Needs Assessment: Deeply understand the specific requirements and challenges outlined by potential clients in their RFPs/RFIs.
- Solution Mapping: Align Trustt's SaaS products to address client needs, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Trustt's solutions to prospective clients.
3. Proposal Development & Submission
- Content Creation: Develop detailed proposals, including pricing models, implementation timelines, and value propositions.
- Compliance: Ensure all proposals adhere to client specifications and industry regulations.
- Timely Delivery: Manage submission timelines to ensure proposals are delivered promptly.
4. Relationship Building & Stakeholder Management
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
5. Market Insight & Competitive Analysis
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Strategic Input: Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to inform strategy and product development.
6. Sales Reporting & CRM Management
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and proposal statuses in the CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly report on sales metrics and progress toward targets.
This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey Trustt's value proposition to potential clients.
Location:
This role is based out of our Bangalore office, with the requirement for occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
