Job Description for Executive- Business Development

Trupay- India is looking for results-driven executives- business development to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. They will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. For the first three months, hired candidates will work as a Trainee-Executive and on the basis of their performance, full-time opportunity can also be offered.

Trupay is a payments system UPI based company with a cutting edge payments engine riding on the layer of banking system in the country. The founding team includes ex- IIT, IIM and Computer Science graduates. Apart from providing core transaction services the company is providing value added services based on big data analytics and business intelligence. Roles and Responsibilities

- Present, promote and sell our services using solid arguments to existing as well as prospective customers

- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships and customer leads actively

Required Skill Sets

- Highly motivated and target driven person

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills and also deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Qualification

- Bachelor degree or Masters: Immediate pass outs or those waiting for final results are preferable (immediate joiners)

- Language Command: English, Kannada (mandatory) and Hindi

Compensation

As a three month - Trainee- role, the compensation would be between 22k -25k + TA (per month)

Post the completion of probation period (3 months), you can earn upto 30k in total + TA. This additional amount (5-8k) which would lead upto 30k earnings (in total) will depend upon your performance & target achievements.
