TruNativ - eCommerce Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Primary Job Function :
- Prepare and execute the e-comm marketing strategy in line with the overall Ecommerce business growth strategy
- Drive sales and demand generation through Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc
- Develop Joint Business and marketing Plans for focus Abbott brands with accounts such as Tata 1mg, Pharmeasy, Flipkart Health+, etc
- Identify opportunities for growth by data analysis and insight generation
- Identify and conceptualize new marketing avenues and initiatives to provide competitive advantage
Core Job Responsibilities :
- Overall responsibility for driving Sales and Growth for the channel - eCommerce PAN India
- Working with internal business stakeholders to find opportunities and priorities for brand with accounts, assortment, New Product launch and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans including Terms of trade and MSA contracts
- Category management and Promotion planning with channel partners
- Setting KPIs for account partners, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
- Managing e-merchandising, Planning, executing & coordinating promotional activities & e-Content best practices across channels to reinforce excellent brand experience leading to business
- Develop and Execute the E-commerce Promotional plan month on month
