Job description :
- Execute media buys across various digital channels.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
- Manage media budgets effectively, allocating spend based on performance insights and campaign priorities.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize data analysis tools and attribution models to evaluate the impact of media buys on client revenue and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and A/B testing, making data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in performance marketing, incorporating innovative strategies into client campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client goals.
- Prepare regular reports and performance summaries for clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Finding and strategizing new sources of inventory for performance campaign and media planning for various mobile advertising activities.
- Manage and mentor other mobile pillars- Such as Ad Monetization, production, and operations
Ideal Profile :
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital media buying, preferably within a performance marketing agency or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in performance marketing metrics and KPIs, with a track record of achieving and exceeding client objectives.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and precision in campaign execution and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commitment to staying updated on industry best practices and advancements in digital advertising technology.
Additional Requirements :
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and landing page optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated passion for performance marketing and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
