Key Account Manager - Doctor

Role - Key Account Manager

Location - WeWork Chromium, Andheri East.

As a Key Account Manager for Doctors, you would have the chance to work with a great medical team with immense learning opportunities in the emerging field of Teleconsultation.

Job Description:

- Develop and maintain relationships across multiple levels, from freelancing doctors to line managers.

- Drive internal teams, such as operational teams and talent acquisition, to ensure the doctor receives the best possible service.

- Monitor and analyze performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve doctor satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the teleconsultation industry to provide informed advice to doctors.

- To monitor key performance indicators for ~30-40 Key doctor accounts including maintaining their monthly roster, their order processing, and substitution percentage.

- Plan and strategize different methods/approaches to increase the engagement of the doctors.

- Reviewing doctor records and analyzing them to ensure optimization of the teleconsultation process.

- Discussing teleconsultation records with the doctors and giving them feedback on their performance - on a daily/weekly basis to improve their performance

Requirements:

- The candidate must have prior experience in handling key accounts of multiple clients/individuals

Skills: MS Excel, Analytical knowledge, Communication, Problem-solving.

Immediate Joining

Working hours: 9 hours/day for 6 days a week.
