We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Retention to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and executing retention strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role and have hands-on experience using platforms like MoEngage and CleverTap. They should also be data-friendly and have proficiency in using MS Excel. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to improve customer engagement and retention rates.
- Analyze customer behavior and data to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted campaigns to address these areas.
- Use platforms like MoEngage and CleverTap to manage customer communication channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and take appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis tools, including MS Excel, to track and report on retention metrics.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with other teams such as product and marketing to ensure retention strategies align with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retention marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry.
- Hands-on experience with MoEngage and CleverTap platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience with social media management.
