Job Description:
- As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to understand their needs and provide assistance accordingly.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
- Provide support to customers during the registration and profile creation process on our platform.
- Contribute to the development of customer service strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
- Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
