Truein - Sales Specialist (0-4 yrs)
The person would be part of the sales team at Truein. He/she would be responsible for validating interest, qualifying, and closing relevant inbound & outbound prospects for Truein's products. The person would be responsible to ensure Truein's value proposition is effectively articulated through relevant discovery & demo interactions and revenue generation through deal closures.
It is an individual contributor role wherein the person would work with a small but highly competitive and effective SAAS sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Drive discussions with Inbound Leads
2. Outreach prospects through prospective emails, phone calls or LinkedIn
3. Unearth the pain points/challenges of the prospect
4. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
5. Drive Product Demos for interested prospects
6. Manage the sales cycle from Leads to closure. Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information
7. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers
What type of Candidates are we looking for:
1. 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in selling software solutions
2. Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience is a plus
3. Exposure to mid-sized start-ups
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
