TrueFan - Executive - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:

What You'll Do:
Drive Business Development:
- Be the face of TrueFan as you engage with potential clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and turning leads into our consumers.
- Use your confidence, and quick thinking to identify brand needs.
Build Client Relationships:
- Become a trusted advisor, building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients to keep them coming back for more.
- Exceed their expectations and ensure they always have a fantastic experience with TrueFan!
Hit Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and earn the rewards that come with it.
Stay on Top of Reporting:
- Keep our CRM updated with the latest on your sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress - we want your input on how we're doing!
Gather Game-Changing Feedback:
- Capture client feedback and insights to help us make our products and services even better!
What You Bring :
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Amazing communication and negotiation skills - you know how to listen, understand, and close deals with confidence!
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time like a pro.
- Proficiency with Leadsquared software is a plus - if not, don't worry; we'll help you learn!
- Willingness to travel and take your sales efforts wherever they're needed in the territory.

Note: We work six days a week: Monday to Friday in the office, and Saturday is a work-from-home day.
