Skill Set : Phone, service to customers.

- Provide customer support via chat, phone and email to ensure conversion of potential leads into customers

- Ensure timely delivery of service to customers.

- Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs.

- Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.

- Receive client requirements and briefing through chat, phone, and email

- Cooperate with customer inquiries, agency inquiries

Strong communication & sales skills :

- Candidates must be self-motivated and highly detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle demanding tasks on tight deadlines, willing to work in a startup

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
