TruDes Studio - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
TruDes Studio is into Animated Video Content and specializes in creating Product and Process Explainer video content. Our Animated videos help companies as well as startups convey their product/ service to their stake-holders in an engaging format. We are looking for Business Development executive with atleast 1-3 years of experience in handling responsibilities like Market research, Sales strategy and lead generation.

- Understanding of various industry sectors
- Hands on experience in Excel & Powerpoint
- A strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Should have proven record of achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the details of services provided by the company, its vision, mission and ethics.
- Stay up to date with internal activities and market standards of service provided. Also be abreast of various tools and techniques used for business development.
- Research based lead generation.
- Qualifying leads into potential customers.
- Contact potential customers for introducing the company's services and setting up meetings (Cold calling & Pitching).
- Independently meet customer, handle negotiations with the decision makers of prospects.
- Identify prospects' requirements and goals and propose suitable solution.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain rich and diverse database of leads and potential clients.
- Identify possible opportunities for TruDes offerings industry wise.
- Work with internal team to create promotional content for the company.
- Introduce prospects to various new offerings of the company.
- Perform other team building duties when required.
- Report to Partners on weekly basis.
Experience:
1-3 years as Business development/ Sales Exec in Manufacturing and related industries
Education:
PGDM/ MBA
BTech/ BE in any faculty (Mechanical/ Production/ Civil Branch will be an added advantage)
