Truckola - Manager - Sales (4-9 yrs)
The primary role of the Sales Manager (SM) is to meet the new qualified prospects and pitch them about Truckola's service offerings. He/she should be highly target driven and be able to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment. He/she would be able to handle objections in a positive manner and take it to a closure. He/she should be open to extensive travelling and are expected to predominantly do field sales activity.
Core Competencies:
Sales Pitch, Objection Handling, Negotiation, Market Research, B2B Sales, Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, CRM (Pipedrive) proficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R) :
1. Meet the qualified prospects and pitch them about Truckola's service offerings (Field Sales Work)
2. Have regular follow-ups with the prospects and take it to successful closures
3. Work with internal team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
4. Update the sales data on the CRM
5. Plan prospect approaches and pitches
6. Train personnel and help team members in developing their skills
7. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
8. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
9. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
Requirements:
Must Have :
1. 4 to 5 years of experience in Field Sales
2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree
3. Previously worked with industries from B2B Segment selling services
4. Proficiency in Hindi and English
5. Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
6. Should have a proven track record of achieving the set targets on a consistent basis
7. Able to handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion
8. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
9. Experience in handling both low and high ticket sales
10. Result oriented team player, client focused and obsessed with value
11. Be a self-motivated employee who can work alone and in a team
Good To Have :
12. Experience in pitching for new business with CXO level executives
13. Have a grip on regional languages.
14. Preferably from the following industries BFSI, Education, Hospitality, IT Consulting, Analytics and Likewise Industries
15. Experience in handling clients from SMEs
