Truckinzy - Executive - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Truckinzy is looking for passionate and energetic Sales Executives to join our mission of transforming the trucking industry. Your role will focus on reaching out to truck drivers, promoting essential services like insurance plans and job opportunities, and onboarding them into the Truckinzy network.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote driver insurance plans and explain the benefits to drivers and their families.
- Offer and match job opportunities to drivers based on their preferences and location.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with drivers, ensuring they understand the value of Truckinzy's services.
- Generate leads and onboard new drivers to Truckinzy's platform.
- Assist drivers in understanding and using the Truckinzy mobile app for managing jobs and tasks.
Requirements :
- Experience: 1-3 years in field sales (logistics, insurance, or similar industries preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of the trucking industry and drivers' challenges is a plus.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with apps like WhatsApp and CRM tools.
