Job Summary
International Sales Representative will be responsible for handling the overseas customers and their queries related to products, dispatch etc. They are a part of our Export oriented unit Tru Herb.

Role:
1. Develop new key account relationships and act as the main point of contact to ensure effective communication and services deliveries to meet or exceed client expectations
2. Provide ongoing customer and technical support for products and services
3. Assist in preparing quotations, provide pricing and availability of products
4. Develop and maintain existing accounts by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products/solutions
5. Responsible for the business growth and execution of business development/sales strategy to achieve the target.
6. Review and maintain assigned accounts in the CRM for accuracy.
Required Competencies:
1. Relevant industry sales - business development experience
Must be detail-oriented
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team-oriented environment
3. Ability to solve problems across functional areas and multi-task
4. Ability to learn and understand the technical aspects of products lines
