- Responsible for the business growth and execution of business development/sales strategy to achieve the target.
- Develop and maintain existing accounts by identifying customers needs and recommending relevant products/solutions
- Entry of orders, process and invoices
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with logistics and lab during all steps of the ordering process from inception to completion
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge; participate in industry trade shows and conferences.
- Coordinate with buyers, exporters and other allied parties for the proper documentation and following process map for exporting and shipping.
- Generate new business relationships and orders through various channels like email marketing, social media connect etc.
