Primary Responsibilities:
- High-volume outbound prospecting calls targeting buyers and procurement departments.
- Identify key decision-makers for ingredient purchasing in the USA market.
- Consult with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage leads and sales pipeline using various communication tools (phone, email, Teams) and CRM technology.
- Expand client relationships to secure new business opportunities and increase purchasing from existing clients.
Qualifications:
- Strong B2B prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of sales growth and meeting/exceeding quotas.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience (inside and/or outside)
Working Hours: USA Shift: 8 pm to 5 am & EU Shift: 1 pm to 10 pm
Location: Work from home
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 per month
Incentives: Commission on the invoice value
