TRooTech - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, focused on driving revenue, profitable campaigns and customer acquisition in a manner that supports business growth, enhances brand equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal customer base
- Orchestrate social media; identify, follow and participate in all relevant social media platforms
- Analyze campaign performance data and create internal reporting to inform overall performance and ROI
Required Skills:
- MBA in Marketing is must. (Advantage if specialization is done in Digital Marketing)
- Knowledge of online marketing & brand management.
- Awareness of email marketing, web development, social platforms, customer segmentation methodology, and engagement analysis
- Knowledge of managing online campaigns across a number of media vendors and tools (including, but not limited to, Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, Twitter ads, email, SEM, contextual, affiliate, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Responsible self-starter, innovative thinker, analytic, detail oriented; comfortable in a metrics-driven business environment.
