Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented E-Commerce Analyst to deliver best-in-class account management solutions to our clients. The position requires great interpersonal skills, robust analytical abilities, a creative approach to problem-solving coupled with a data-driven mindset, and a flair for growth for the client's account as well as for the company. An ideal candidate is an e-commerce enthusiast with very good knowledge and understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

- The Associate-eCommerce will be responsible for managing growth on the e-commerce platforms, especially Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.

- Channel/Account Management- Taking care of tasks related to specific channels, coordinating with sellers of various channels.

- Planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace campaigns and promotions.

- Create Amazon Marketplace branded storefronts.

- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed.

- Maintain a detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes, and systems.

- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales.

- Uploading prices and opting in on discounts.

- Reconciliation of marketplaces.

- Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience with an e-commerce company or a brand.

- Proficient with marketplace portals like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Excellent knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce. (Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, and other market places.)

- Hands-on knowledge/experience of portals of various marketplaces and different. Functionalities.

- Good knowledge of excel to do analysis- lookup, pivot table.

- Ability to make sense of the data.

- Excellent communication skills (Spoken as well as Written).
