triSys - Business Development Role (3-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibility:
- Business Lifecycle Management - Planning, Estimation, Pre & Post Sales activities.
- Generate the leads through email campaigning.
- Analysis of clients' requirements, specifications, obtaining suitable solutions and cost analysis.
- Handling various aspects of a sales process from lead generation, pre-sales, account management, post-sales & support.
- Explain the product / solution capabilities to the prospects over phone to create a need / demand
- Follow up on sales/product inquiries over chat and phone
- Build database based on secondary research using social media techniques
- Manage email campaigns for the telemarketing function
- Used CRM to upload leads, documentation, prospects and keeping tracks of all individual account.
- Follow-up on leads that have come into the system based on PPC, events, campaigns
- Analyze particular market for business prospects, specifically - tracking the IT market scenario in that region.
- Schedule online demonstration
- Generate profile reports on each company and have them uploaded into the CRM system.
- Use Social media marketing like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter for generating leads
- Knowledge about Google analytics, and LinkedIn and Facebook ad.
