Customer Success Manager - SaaS
Looking for passionate techies, non-coders to grow Tripshelf's SaaS adoption.
Job Responsibilities :
Tripshelf's SaaS product gives small and medium business, a set of specialized tools that enable them to transact online efficiently - automation, NLP based chatbots, machine learning, customer intelligence, algorithmic online marketing and a customized CRM. and you have to enable these SMBs to use these SaaS tools effectively!
- You ensure that clients derive the maximum value from Tripshelf's product, use paid features, and are bound in Tripshelf's SaaS ecosystem
- Monitor client adoption, usage, feedback to help the SaaS platform improve
- Conduct Regular pieces of training to articulate the key features and benefits of the SaaS platform to existing clients, with the end objective of increasing adoption and getting renewals
- Resolve client escalations
- Communicate with clients about product updates, new features via meetings, mailers, off-line events, trade exhibitions
Job Requirements :
- 2+ Years of Work Experience in Technology Sales/Business Development/Customer Success
- Passion for technology
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Strong desire to work and grow in sales
Compensation & Perks :
- Salary Range - INR 5-7 L per annum
- Eligible for performance linked incentives
