Job Overview :
- We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing sales deals over the phone. The role requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive nature, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Identifying sales opportunities and converting them into sales
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Managing a database of potential and existing customers
- Keeping accurate records of calls and sales made
- Providing customers with information about our products and services
- Handling objections and finding solutions to customer issues
- Upselling and cross-selling to customers where appropriate
- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Persuasive and confident nature
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to handle objections and find solutions to customer issues
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Good time management and organisational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
