Manager - Media Sales & Brand Solutions


Tripoto is a Consumer Internet Company building the world's largest community of travellers. Our members tell their travel stories to each other beyond just reviews. We are evolving travel User Generated Content (UGC) to more long-form (itinerary), social, mobile, interactive, personalized and enriched using technology, beyond just ratings and reviews.

We aim to solve problems covering the entire lifecycle of a travel consumer through a community at the core of our product, UGC and a partner network marketplace.

Key Deliverables :

We are looking for senior executives for our Digital sales team. The role would involve selling content marketing and native ad solutions to brands that would be interested in our premium travel audience.

The role will be challenging and entrepreneurial in nature. The role gives a large degree of freedom in a fast-paced startup environment. Following are the expected responsibilities : The roles are in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore.

- Reaching out to and building relationship with all the major Digital Ad Agencies & Ad- Networks

- Reaching out and building a network of Clients (Tourism Boards, Hotels, Holidays, Airlines and related industries) for direct sales

- Work with the content, video and design team to develop & plan various ad campaigns

- In-depth knowledge of Online Display Space, Social Media, and Emailer solutions

- Make sales presentations for key decision-makers, effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies.

- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and growing existing accounts to full potential, generating maximum revenue on a long-term basis.

- Manage and cultivate a pipeline of business sales opportunities.

- Identifying, pitching and closing ad sales deals with agencies and direct advertisers

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 1-6 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales

- Prior experience in selling content marketing and Social Media Campaigns

- Established network and contacts with Digital Ad Agencies

- Established network and contacts in the Tourism Industry

- Ability and interest to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a completely flat hierarchy
