Triplerock Supply Chain Solutions - Assistant Manager/Senior Executive - Sales (4-7 yrs)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
- Sell and negotiate triplerock Logistics/Warehouse services
- Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
- Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
- Meeting new and existing clients
- Creating and developing a pipeline of new business /sales pipeline
- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals
- Work closely with Logistics Managers to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
- Selling value added services to the customer and increasing business from them.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up with the customer for collections.
- Resolving the customer issues and queries on time.
- Disseminate real time market intelligence to the Sales staff in operating branches to generate appropriate responsive and proactive action plans
- Analyse competitive marketing activities and develop counter action plans to ensure triplerock maintains its competitive position in the market place
- Responsible for nurturing and maintaining good relationships with all types of Customers, potential customers and other stakeholders to establish a sound customer infrastructure for the sales teams to exploit.
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate with relevant experience in sales of Supply chain / Logistics / Distribution / Transportation / Freight and Warehousing products
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Must possess a strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
