Tripfactory - Executive - Customer Success/Sales (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Regulations and Policies : Stay informed about travel regulations, airline policies, visa requirements, and health and safety guidelines to provide accurate information to customers. Advise customers on necessary documentation and assist with travel-related queries.
Cross-Selling and Upselling : Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services, such as premium accommodations, upgrades, and exclusive experiences. Maximize revenue by offering value-added options.
Problem Resolution : Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with relevant departments or service providers to find suitable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets : Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, including revenue and booking goals. Actively participate in sales training and professional development programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Market Research : Conduct regular market research to identify emerging travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Use this information to enhance service offerings and stay ahead in the competitive travel industry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in the travel industry, tour operations, or travel agency, with a strong understanding of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent knowledge of travel products, services, and suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation options, and attractions.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional experiences and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in itinerary planning, booking management, and pricing calculations.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes, emergencies, and time-sensitive situations.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
