Responsibilities :
- Function as relationship manager to expand customer accounts, increase customer retention, solve customer issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and record success milestones with each customer eg (financial, like exceeding their targeted monthly revenues thanks to your product or a smaller personal success, like realizing your product saves them time.) and maintain high customer contact.
- Pick up where sales left and become the customer's mentors. Main goal is to get them started as fast as possible and monitor their satisfaction as they grow.
- Oversee onboarding and train to provide technical support and training if necessary
- Ensure that the customer is consistently using the product
- Monitor issues affecting customers to predict a possible churn while managing overall health of the customer
- Insight into product upgrades and futures releases
- Consolidate product feature releases based on unified customer requirements and sense the insights into quality and work closely with product team
- Upsell organic sales opportunities and drive short and long term sales opportunity with existing customers
- Ensure open line of communication with the customers
- Create interest and facilitate demo and training for new features
Qualification :
- Engineering and fulltime MBA with 1 to 2 years of work experience
- Certified analytical and presentation skills
- Exposure to travel business through work/internship experience with Travel management, Online Travel or Travel Technology company.
