Job Description :

- Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc .

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

- Identify customers needs and provide solutions or alternatives for making the sales.

- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly target.

- Follow communication scripts when handling sales and different topics.

- Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.

- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

- Keep records of all conversations in our Software and update in CRM

- Maintaining Database in a comprehensible way.

- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative target.
