Position Summary :


- Trip Easy Holidays is seeking a result-driven and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing corporate client relationships while promoting our diverse range of travel and holiday packages. This role involves fieldwork, and you will be expected to achieve specific sales targets, which will be communicated upon joining. Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory, and candidates fluent in Gujarati will be given preference. To be considered for this role, a minimum of 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry is required.

Key Responsibilities :


1. Engage in fieldwork to identify and prospect potential corporate clients, generating new business opportunities

2. Understand the travel preferences and requirements of corporate customers and propose suitable travel packages and services to meet their specific objectives

3. Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within corporate organizations

4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution and exceptional customer satisfaction for all corporate clients

6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges

7. Prepare regular sales reports and provide progress updates to the sales manager

8. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence and showcase Trip Easy Holidays' corporate travel solutions

9. Build and maintain enduring relationships with clients, fostering high levels of customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications, Experience And Competencies :


Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a Corporate Sales Executive or related sales role within the travel or hospitality industry.

Competencies :

1. Comfortable with fieldwork and the ability to thrive in a target-based environment

2. Proficient in English and Hindi; fluency in Gujarati will be preferred

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with corporate clients and articulate the value of our services

4. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously

5. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;

6. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships

7. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications

8. A dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

9. In-depth knowledge of the local business landscape in Ahmedabad and Gujarat would be advantageous.
