Sales Strategy & Management :
- Develop and design the channel and account strategy for the region.
- To build pipeline of future and to drive sales as leaders.
Client Development :
Effectively drive the following :
- Positioning the company as a provider of premium fitness equipment to the target audiences including top builders, 5-star hotels, corporate, gyms, clubs & HNIs.
- Developing relations with key influencers comprising architects, interior consultants, fitness consultants, fitness trainers to increase market penetration.
- Understanding their requirements and making recommendations that suit the client's needs and preferences.
- Providing a comparative analysis of our product offerings vis--vis competition.
Relationship Development & Management :
- Manage existing and develop direct relations with large key accounts.
Maintaining profitability :
- Dealing with decision makers and ensuring healthy profit margins in deals closed.
- Achieving sales targets set for the region.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
MIS & Reporting :
- Prepare and present to the management various sales and MIS reports on a periodic basis within the specified timeline. Have to be comfortable with working on CRM systems.
Previous Experience
- Good to have had people management experience.
- Experience of working with a start-up will be an added advantage. Should be able to develop markets from scratch and build brands.
- Preferably from industry dealing into Hospitality / IT/ Software/ lifestyle/ Luxury / high-end products.
- Should be able to close high value deals independently.
- Should be systematic in approach, should have worked with ERP to report sales. Qualifications
- MBA/ Post graduate in Marketing or Equivalent Skills
- Strong analytical bent and bias for action
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales through a process driven approach.
- Strong bias for action.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management especially with decision makers in the industry.
- Good commercial knowledge.
- Should be able to work independently.
- Should be process oriented.
- Should be comfortable in using ERP's for sales reporting.
- Preferred Candidates from Healthcare & Gymnasium from hard core sales background.
