Job Description:

HubCredo is looking for the right candidate who is skilled at Inside Sales and lead the lead generation team.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth by managing the team that identifies and sourcing high-quality leads for the company and its clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams and existing clients to ensure the delivery of qualified leads that align with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team management : You will be guiding the Inside Sales team (up to 5 people) who would be working on lead generation, prospects database preparation and email marketing. You need to oversee their work and guide them as per the business requirements. You should have a good exposure to end-to-end lead extraction and database preparation so that when your team member gets stuck, you are able to show them the right path.

2. Data Management : Maintain accurate and organized lead databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance as per business requirements.

3. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams and existing clients to align lead-generation efforts with the company's growth objectives.

4. Email marketing and LinkedIn marketing : Draft compelling emails and LinkedIn messages templates that your team members will use to run email/Linkedin Campaigns. At the same time, you should learn how to set up automated campaigns on a given tool, run the campaign and prepare reporting.

5. Clients interactions : Part of your job will be interacting with clients regarding their projects delivery, maintaining delivery timeline and quality.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.

2. Strong research skills and the ability to extract information from various sources.

3. Familiarity with lead generation tools and software like apollo.io, and LinkedIn sales navigator.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

6. Proficiency in using Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
