Role and Responsibilities:
- Convincing Personality leadership quality willing to travel 24 x 7.
- Strong negotiation & commercial skills.
- Capable of seating with company director /Customers owner & closing the deal.
- Passionate of achieving the target
- Team building & leading successfully.
- Willing to travel extensively
- Should be able to communicate effectively to Company directors and other C level executives
- Should have experience in hiring, should be able to build a team and lead it
- Should have proven experience in target achievement and enthusiastic about achieving the targets in future
Exp.- Min 2-4 yrs.
Salary : 5-7 LPA, Based on skill,Exp preferably linked to Target achievement
Qualifications : Graduate in Mktg/MBA preferred
More Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will train the Sales Team
- Ensure the back end logistics & customer service are done efficiently.
- Plan marketing and branding objectives.
- Expand product solutions and offerings.
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
