Job Description :
1. Build relationships with key employees among customers
2. Create plans to address clients' business needs
3. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
4. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
5. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
6. MCA, BCA, BTECH are preferred
7. Ongoing college students are also preferred
