Trigredge - Client Support Role (0-1 yrs)
1. Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
2. Assisting customers with product setup and resolving any technical issues they might experience.
3. Informing customers about specialized product functionalities and features.
4. Following up with customers to ensure that reported technical difficulties have been resolved.
5. Troubleshooting, analyzing, and reporting product errors, failures, or malfunctions to management.
