Trigenio - Customer Support Role (1-2 yrs)
Job description:
- Receive and process customer inquiries on the phone
- Provide information about our services and projects
- Enter and update customer data in databases
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks
- Collecting feedback from customers and forwarding it to management
Qualification:
- Experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage
- Good communication skills and a friendly telephone voice
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
