Meet our founding team: Tricog was founded in January 2015 by Dr.Charit Bhograj, an Interventional cardiologist by training, Dr.Zainul Charbiwala, an electrical engineer and researcher by training, Udayan Dasgupta, an algorithms expert and Abhinav Gujjar, who is Chief Software Architect at Tricog.

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline preferred Master Desired
Experience:
1. 5-7 Years
2. 2+ Years of sales experience will be valued

1. Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.

4. Project management & strong Leadership skills
6. Techno-commercial skills and excellent negotiation skills
7. Prior experience in Healthcare/SaaS preferred
8. Experience using CRM - Problem-solving skills, time management and organization skills
9. Excellent in Google Suite with good analytical skills
10. Good experience in customer life cycle management
Responsibilities :
1. Lead Account Management Team/customer success team
2. Maintain optimal health of the account
3. Analytics on the performance of accounts by segments, zone, and account manager wise
4. Understanding the health of the account by doing data analysis and driving the team to improve the the health of the account by using different strategies.
5. Drive AR Collections (P) with the help of the account management team
6. Review of associated/sr. associate on daily/weekly/monthly task
7. Performance appraisal for associates/sr.associated
8. Exploring software tools aiming to streamline & automating present business process
Deliverables :
1. To align towards companies objectives.
2. Contribute towards Increasing MRR by identifying potential customers for upsell
3. Reduce churn
4. Build processes and systems in place for smooth and better management
5. Responsible for team targets and goals
6. Building strategies to ensure healthy customer relationships within the organization
7. Building the system with the help of data analysis to alert about the potential risky customers
