Job Description:
- To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email and ensure that all customer concerns are being dealt with immediately..
- Take ownership of customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, and calling data.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements :
- Qualification : Minimum of graduation in any field.
- Experience : 0 to 5 years.
- Language Preference : English, Hindi, Kannada and any other regional language.
- Willing to work on rotational & night shift.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work and support the team.
- Computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Telephonies etiquettes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
