Role Overview :

We're looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to be the voice of our club, managing everything from social media buzz to game-changing partnerships. Key Responsibilities :
1. Communications Maestro :
- Be the voice of FC Real Bengaluru across all platforms, ensuring our message is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our core values.
- Craft compelling stories, press releases, and media kits that highlight our journey, achievements, and future goals.
2. Social Media Dynamo :
- Manage all social media accounts, creating and curating content that resonates with our community and fans.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive engagement, attract followers, and amplify our brand presence.
3. Public Relations Guru :
- Build and maintain relationships with local and national media to secure coverage that elevates our club's profile.
- Plan media events, press conferences, and community outreach initiatives that showcase the essence of FC Real Bengaluru.
4. Sponsorships & Partnerships Whisperer :
- Identify, negotiate, and secure sponsorships that align with our club's ethos and financial goals.
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring value and engagement on both sides.
5. Fundraising through Sponsorships & Partnerships :
- Develop and implement strategies to raise funds through innovative sponsorships and strategic partnerships.
- Leverage the club's unique value proposition to attract potential sponsors, driving revenue growth to support our competitive ambitions.
6. Creative Thinker :
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure that our visual and written content is fresh, on-brand, and impactful.
- Lead the charge on innovative marketing ideas, promotions, and community events that put FCRB on the map.
7. Analytical Mindset :
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media growth, and partnership outcomes to inform strategy.
Who You Are :
- An energetic self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or partnerships, preferably within a sports club or organization.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and public relations.
- Proven experience in managing sponsorships and partnerships that deliver tangible results.
- A creative thinker with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative independently.
- Passionate about football, and familiar with the Indian sports landscape.
