Position - Business Development and Leasing
Job Description :
Should have two to three years of Leasing experience in Bangalore market and preferably working for an IPC.
- Market Research & Data Analysis to understand the current trends in the market in terms of project features, pricing and other offerings required and in sync with the market and IPC`s market reports.
- Financial analysis, MIS, Preparing Presentations and knowledge of advance excel is a must.
- Should have two to three years of Leasing experience in Bangalore market
- Thorough understanding of Leasing activities and preparing Marketing & BD activities.
- Preparation of presentation & Pitches to the IPCs and prospective clients.
- Regular Business Development meetings/interactions with clients, International property consultants (IPC- s)/Local brokers to find potential clients for company's projects.
- CRM - Building Client Relationship & Feedback Management with Existing clients and channel partners.
- Managing inspections by taking prospective clients/their representatives for site visits to our project.
- Co-ordinate with Legal department and project/facilities teams
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager/Management from time to time.
