Job Description
- Collaborate with the Director of store operations and the marketing team in planning, implementing and analysing business strategies to drive sales
- Demonstrate desired behaviour for staff including driving sales, assisting with product selection and purchase, handling any queries or resolving disputes, follow-up with customers, etc.
- Ensure that store personnel provides exceptional customer service at all times
- Follow-up on the daily sales of the store along with the cashier and produce sales report to the Management
- Monitor the shop floor workers and ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised.
- Responsible for making sure that all store policies and procedures are in compliance with health and safety regulation
- Maintain and monitor store inventory, stock replenishment and cash management
- Follow-up with the office admin on cash collection and depositing the same in the bank account at regular intervals
- Prioritize, plan, and adjust schedules as necessary to maximize sales
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff
- Actively participate in the goal setting of all the store employees
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve store productivity goals
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing training opportunities to the team as needed
- Collaborate with the HR and provide inputs during the store employees- performance evaluation
- Interact with the public via social media and maintain the store's online presence
- Conduct regular audits of the store's physical condition to ensure quality
Specification: Candidate with the store operation background with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience
