Position: Associate Creative Director(Copy)

Experience: 5+ years

Location : Wadala

Working Days : Mon- Fri and (2nd & 4th Saturday)

Job Purpose Statement :

The Associate Creative Director is responsible for StarQuik maintaining a leadership position in the market and among the competitors.

Creative Strategy : 

- Work with the internal teams to generate new concepts and opportunities for the brand

- Create and build brand awareness across the digital world

- Creative brand strategy for new innovations

- Drive innovation (new content formats and constant experimentation) that can be utilized for campaigns and big launches

- Search for new trends and insights that can be utilized for campaigns and big launches

Creative Execution : 

- Ensure creation of contextual, innovative content

- Work closely with content & art teams to co-create content

- Vet concepts, final scripts and storyboards (created with the art team)

Team : 

- Build more capable teams by mentoring and guiding them

- Work with the management team to structure training programs that directly impact work quality along with specific competencies

Desired Qualifications & Experience

- UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization OR PG - Any PG Course Any Specialization; Post Graduation Not Mandatory.

- Candidates with 6+ years of relevant industry work experience can apply. Prior experience in Social Media and online content creation will be preferred

- Prior team management experience preferred

- Proven & demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-task. Should be comfortable with handling pressure since the role demands it
